A big watch-out for AI customer support chat bots:

Don't just deploy a chatbot. Build incredible documentation and a searchable knowledge base, then use THAT as the RAG for the bot.

You get to kill two birds with one stone + some people hate bots.

Chatbots are a layer of abstraction above knowledge bases and product info - not a replacement for them.
